We’re not entirely sure how it happened, but the notes from a Creative Review Board meeting at a San Francisco ad agency have come into our hands. They appear to be from a meeting in 2015, which we would dismiss as a mere typo except that they refer to things that haven’t happened … yet … as past events.
We hope that this glimpse of the Ghost of Ballyhoo Future may serve as a warning. Somewhat, but not exactly like Scrooge, we ask, “Are these the shadows of memos that must be, or are they the shadows of memos that MIGHT be?”
